ABEMA has launched a new project called "Project PRISMation" aimed at creating original anime works together with next-generation anime creators.

This project involves co-creating original anime pilot films with creators who work individually or in small, elite teams, supporting their storytelling and creative activities. The project name "Project PRISMation" is derived from "PRISM" and "Animation," embodying the meaning of providing a place where diverse talents gather and shine as anime works like light through a prism.

As the first wave of participating creators, three groups have been announced: Zemyata, based in Thailand; rapitus, a creator unit residing in Vietnam; and Uguisu Kobo, a production collective centered around members who graduated from the Department of Imaging Arts and Sciences at Musashino Art University. The three co-created works will be released for three consecutive weeks starting January 16, 2026, on ABEMA and the project's official social media.

Additionally, a special feature corner on this project will be conducted within the ABEMA original information program "SHIBUYA ANIME BASE" airing on January 16. The project is planned as an ongoing initiative, with an open call for proposals from both domestic and international sources scheduled to begin around May 2026.
