The anime "One Punch Man" is based on the extremely popular manga by original creator ONE and manga artist Yusuke Murata, which has surpassed 35 million copies in cumulative circulation. It depicts the daily life of Saitama, the calm and composed strongest hero who defeats any enemy with "one punch," and the activities of heroes fighting monsters. The TV anime's first season aired in 2015, and the second season in 2019.

[Synopsis]
While Pig God clashes with the Dragon-level threat Gums and Superalloy Blackluster receives the fierce assault of Bug God, Saitama gives a disciplinary knock on the head of a dog he found along the way (Overgrown Pochi) to tame it and have it guide him. The shockwave echoes all the way to the surface, and Genos, who was waiting at Saitama's house, reacts to it. Meanwhile, Tatsumaki reaches Gyoro Gyoro, and an otherworldly psychic battle is about to begin. And then, the ultimate life form Monster King Orochi finally appears before Saitama...!
