'Jujutsu Kaisen' Season 3 "Culling Game: Part 1" Begins Broadcasting! Key Visual Featuring New Characters & ED Theme "Yoake no Uta" by jo0ji Released, Plus Non-Credit OP/ED Videos

The key visual for the third season of the anime 'Jujutsu Kaisen,' "Culling Game: Part 1," which started airing on January 8, has been released. Additionally, the ED theme has been confirmed as "Yoake no Uta" by jo0ji. Along with this, non-credit opening and ending videos have been released.

The anime 'Jujutsu Kaisen' is based on the manga of the same name by Gege Akutami, which has surpassed 150 million copies in total circulation. The story begins when Yuji Itadori (CV: Junya Enoki), who ends up sharing his body with the King of Curses "Ryomen Sukuna," enrolls at the anti-curse specialized institution "Tokyo Metropolitan Jujutsu Technical High School."

Following a theatrical advance screening, TV anime Season 3 "Culling Game: Part 1" began broadcasting in January 2026. Additionally, since September 2025, the spinoff "Jujutsu Kaisen ≡ (Modulo)" by original creator Akutami and illustrator Yuji Iwasaki has been serializing in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha).

TV Anime Season 3 "Culling Game: Part 1" KV Released

To commemorate the broadcast start, the Season 3 key visual drawn by MAPPA has been released. The visual features Yuji Itadori at the center, facing forward with determination, alongside Yuta Okkotsu and Megumi Fushiguro holding swords, and Suguru Geto (Noritoshi Kamo) wearing a mocking expression. Furthermore, new characters appearing from this season are also depicted, including third-year students Kinji Hakari and Kirara Hoshi, as well as Culling Game players Hiromi Higuruma and Fumihiko Takaba, creating a finish that foreshadows intense battles.
