Oshi No Ko Season 3 Advance Screening Report! Takeo Otsuka, Yurie Igoma and Others Discuss Highlights and Changes in the "Mid-Career Arc"

On Sunday, December 28, 2025, the "TV Anime 'Oshi No Ko' <Season 3> Episode 1 Advance Screening & Nationwide Simultaneous Live Broadcast" was held at Marunouchi Piccadilly in Tokyo.

The event featured five main cast members: Takeo Otsuka (voice of Aqua), Yurie Igoma (voice of Ruby), Megumi Han (voice of Kana Arima), Manaka Iwami (voice of Akane Kurokawa), and Rumi Okubo (voice of MEMcho), along with MC Neki Matsuzawa. During the talk show following the screening, they discussed highlights of Season 3 and behind-the-scenes stories from voice recording, while new information including broadcast details and the opening theme song was announced.

After the screening of Episode 25, the cast members who took the stage discussed the emotional changes and evolving relationships of the characters as they each began walking their own paths. Conversations unfolded about Season 3's unique developments, including the relationship between Aqua and Akane, the idol group "B-Komachi's" rapid rise, and new songs. They also reflected on Seasons 1 and 2 while sharing stories about changes in character performances, recording secrets, and episodes from the dubbing studio.

During the event, it was announced that the Season 3 opening theme song would be "TEST ME" by Chanmina, and the track was unveiled for the first time at the end of Episode 25. A message video from Chanmina was also screened, followed by scenes of the cast sharing their impressions of the song.

Additionally, the second main PV and the key visual for the "Mid-Career Arc" were revealed. The key visual features B-Komachi at the center with a design that suggests future developments for each character.
