"You Can't Be In a Rom-Com with Your Childhood Friends!" is a "hottest childhood friend rom-com" by Shinya Mitsukake, currently serialized to great acclaim in "Magazine Pocket," depicting a sweet, frustrating, and emotionally reserved romantic relationship with childhood friends. 【Synopsis】
A-Yu's secret collection of the rom-com manga "My Childhood Friend is Too Cute" is discovered by Shio and Akari. The next day, thinking "I'm definitely going to be made fun of..." A-Yu acts cold toward Shio. Though Shio feels down, Akari tells her "You should be more assertive," and Shio waits in ambush at the gym storage room where A-Yu is on cleaning duty, attempting to recreate "the forbidden gym storage room episode" from "Ore-Yō." However, Shio falls asleep and ends up locked alone in the gym storage room...
