Live Voice Acting by Kenshō Ono & Reina Ueda and a Live Performance by [Alexandros]! Guerrilla Event Report for 'Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway'

When asked about points of interest in the film without spoilers, Ono responded, "Hathaway's facial expressions are striking, and there are quite a few moments where what he's thinking shows on his face, so I'd like you to pay attention to that."

Similarly, Ueda shared highlights, saying, "Hathaway has many scenes where he struggles, but Gigi also has scenes where she looks back on her own life and worries about whether things are okay as they are. The difference in how the two worry was striking, so I hope you'll pay attention to that."

After the talk segment, a scene from the first chapter where Hathaway and Gigi exchange words poolside was performed through live voice acting by Ono and Ueda.

In the middle of the event, the pumpkin-headed person who had appeared on the official social media showed up on the screen. Immediately after, they appeared at the venue, and their identity was revealed to be Matsui Kemuri from the comedy duo Reiwa Roman. When Matsui candidly commented, "I was wondering why they wanted to hide my face," laughter erupted from the audience.

He continued with his impressions of watching the first chapter, commenting, "It's an incredibly interesting work, and it's become a bit more adult-oriented, so I think it's a work that will resonate easily with people who have been fans of the Gundam series for a long time."

As the climax of the event, [Alexandros] began their guerrilla live performance, and when the two songs "Girl A" and "Koeru" were performed, the voltage of the venue instantly rose. When the first chapter's theme song "Senkou" was passionately sung, vocalist Yohei Kawakami announced the surprise that audience members could also film videos during the song, and the venue showed great excitement.

At the end of the event, Ueda delivered a message: "In this film, Gigi is portrayed as a goddess of victory. I don't know if she's aware of it herself, but I hope you'll see with your own eyes how she moves the story and how she herself is moved."

Ono also sent a message: "I hope you'll watch to see what kind of path Hathaway, Gigi, and Kenneth will take and how they'll interact with each other. Thank you for your support," and with that, the "Senkou no 'Senkou' Rally" came to an end.
