Nippon Television's announcer Natsumi Kawade updated her X account, revealing her cosplay of a character from the popular anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End," which began airing on January 16th. Posted before the start of the anime's second season, this photo has become a major topic of conversation due to its surprising level of accuracy and her love for the character.

Kawade showcased her transformation into Aura the Guillotine (CV: Ayana Taketatsu), a demon she describes as a character she "loves." In addition to the voluminous pink hairstyle and horns on her head, she carries the "Scales of Obedience," a key element in the story. From the texture of the costume to the intricate decorations, the finished product is exceptionally high quality, capturing the character's features and faithfully recreating the world of the work in a single shot.

"Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" is set in the world "after" the Demon King was defeated by a party of heroes, telling the story of Frieren (CV: Atsumi Tanezaki), an elf mage who has lived for over a thousand years, as she traces the footsteps of her former companions and continues her "journey to understand humans" with new companions. Based on the manga by Kanehito Yamada (original story) and Tsukasa Abe (artwork), this work not only depicts magic and battle scenes but also has an aspect as a human drama that carefully portrays the passage of time and human connections, earning tremendous support from a wide range of audiences.

In response to this post, fans showered her with praise for the visuals, saying "So incredibly cute," "The cosplay quality is high and she's super cute~," and "Isn't the quality too high?" On the other hand, fans who know the developments in the story made sharp retorts like "Come to think of it, will Aura appear in Season 2?..." and "But Aura is already gone..." However, in response to that enthusiasm, some have chimed in with comments echoing Kawade's humorous remark: “I've read the entire original work too, and I'm also looking forward to Lady Aura's exploits in Season 2!”
