The anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" is based on the manga of the same name, which is serialized in "Weekly Shonen Sunday" with the original story by Kanehito Yamada and artwork by Tsukasa Abe. Afterwards, in the castle town of Graf Dach's domain that they visit, Frieren and her party are asked by the lord to "retrieve a treasure sword from demons"...
