[Photos/Images] "The Mystery Is Too Deep, It's Shocking"... Shock Spreads Over the Release of the Zen'in Family Tree in 'Jujutsu Kaisen' - "Truly a Family with Deep Darkness" 1st

The official X account for the 'Jujutsu Kaisen' anime has released the family tree of the "Zen'in Family" that appears in the series, and its detailed content has become a major topic of conversation among fans.

'Jujutsu Kaisen' is based on a comic by Gege Akutami that was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha) and has surpassed 150 million copies in cumulative circulation (including digital versions). It was adapted into a TV anime starting in 2020, and 'Jujutsu Kaisen 0 the Movie,' released in 2021, recorded worldwide box office revenue of 26.5 billion yen. In 2023, the second season of the TV anime "Hidden Inventory/Premature Death & Shibuya Incident" was broadcast. In 2025, the release of 'Jujutsu Kaisen the Movie: Hidden Inventory/Premature Death Compilation' and revival screenings of past works were rolled out.

The released image shows the complex blood relations of the Zen'in Family, one of the Three Great Families, which appeared in Episode 51 "Ashi wo Fukumu" broadcast on January 22. In the sibling section of Zen'in Naoya, the son of the 26th head of the family Zen'in Naobito, only the word "lots" is written, with specific names omitted, which is eye-catching.

Additionally, the family's characteristic structure has been visualized, including the fact that Fushiguro Toji and Zen'in Jinichi are in a sibling relationship, and that the mother of the Zen'in Maki and Zen'in Mai sisters is only indicated with titles such as "Maki and Mai's mother," with no individual names listed.

In response to the release of this family tree, voices of surprise arose online regarding the unexpected sibling relationships, such as "Jinichi and Toji were brothers!?" and "Jinichi-kun really doesn't look like Toji-kun at all." Regarding the description about Naoya's siblings, reactions finding it amusing like "LOL at 'lots' next to Naoya" were seen, while comments pointing out the nature of the family in the series were also received, such as "The mystery of 'lots' is too deep, it's shocking," "The only women with names are Maki and Mai who went to Jujutsu High, and the rest are ○○'s mother, which is so typical of the male-supremacist Zen'in Family...," "Looking at it this way, it really is a family with deep darkness...," and "The Zen'in Family is seriously the epitome of technique supremacy."
