Anime "Yowayowa Sensei" Teaser PV Released! Additional Cast Members Yurie Igoma, Yū Sasahara, Yūko Natsuyoshi, and Mai Nakahara Announced [With Comments]

The teaser PV and additional character cast information for the TV anime "Yowayowa Sensei," scheduled to begin airing in April, have been released.

This work is a romantic comedy based on the manga by Kamio Fukuchi, currently serialized in Kodansha's "Weekly Shonen Magazine." The story depicts the thrilling daily life of Hiyori Hiwamura, known as "Yowayowa Sensei" (weak teacher), who is feared by students as "Kowakowa Sensei" (scary teacher) but is actually just the weakest in every status, and Abikura-kun, the student who supports her.

The released teaser PV features not only Hiwamura-sensei, voiced by Marika Kōno, but also depicts the diverse additional characters announced this time. The additional cast has been confirmed as follows: Yurie Igoma as Mizuki Mukubayashi, Abikura-kun's childhood friend and a "tsuyotsuyo gal"; Yū Sasahara as Yūki Yukishita, the "momimomi truant student"; Yūko Natsuyoshi as Kaya Kuguri, the "emo-emo camera senpai"; and Mai Nakahara as Akemi Abikura, the "sweet-sweet older sister."

Comments from each cast member about their roles and episodes related to being "yowayowa/tsuyotsuyo" have also arrived. Igoma revealed "my passion for food is tsuyotsuyo," while Nakahara confessed "I'm yowayowa with maps," revealing unexpected sides of themselves.
