The film "Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe," which opened on January 30, has surpassed 840 million yen in box office revenue and 510,000 in admissions within its first three days. This represents 162% of the performance of Part 1, Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway (2021), marking the fastest start for any film released in January 2026.

To celebrate the release, information on the film-original Mobile Suit "TX-ff104 Alyzeus" and a special "Mecha Visual" depicting the unit facing off against Hathaway’s Xi Gundam have been unveiled. The Alyzeus is an improvised unit created as a trainer for Lane Aim during the period before the Penelope was officially deployed. Based on a modified Mass Production Type ν Gundam, it is said to possess high-speed flight capabilities comparable to those of the Penelope.

Additionally, a celebration trailer featuring Guns N' Roses' "Sweet Child O' Mine" was released. Director Shuko Murase personally requested this track, noting that it was released around the same time the original novels were written and that it perfectly matches the "erratic yet pure" vibe of the story. "I didn't think there was a chance we'd get it. But for it to actually happen... (I'm still in shock lol)," he commented.

Furthermore, starting February 6, the second-week theater gift will be distributed: "pablo uchida Design Works" (B5 size, 16 pages), a collection of original character design drafts by pablo uchida.
