"Giving it my all at the mic!" Shinichiro Miki joins Frieren: Beyond Journey's End as a four-sword-wielding demon! Visual unveiled for the "Revolt of the Divine Technique Arc."

It has been announced that the second season of the TV anime Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, currently airing on NTV's "FRIDAY ANIME NIGHT" block, will enter the new "Revolt of the Divine Technique Arc" starting February 27 (Fri). Along with this announcement, a new key visual and additional cast information for the upcoming arc have been unveiled.

The "Revolt of the Divine Technique Arc" covers episodes featured in Volume 8 of the original manga. The newly released visual showcases the familiar party of Frieren, Fern, and Stark, joined by First-Class Mages Genau (CV: Tarusuke Shingaki) and Methode (CV: Reina Ueda), who previously appeared in the "First-Class Mage Exam Arc" during Season 1. Accompanying the catchphrase "To protect my homeland, I will strike," the eerie silhouette of "Revolt of the Divine Technique" looms in the twilight as they prepare for the coming onslaught. Strikingly different from the tone of Season 2 thus far, this new visual emphasizes a much stronger focus on intense battle.

Additionally, it has been confirmed that Shinichiro Miki will voice the demon general "Revolte of the Divine Step." Revolte is a formidable foe who wields four swords crafted through his own magic. Miki, a legendary voice actor known for his commanding presence across numerous iconic roles, shared his excitement about joining the series: "I will give it my absolute all at the microphone! I look forward to your support!!"

Please note that there will be no broadcast on Friday, February 20. Episode 6 of Season 2 (Episode 34 overall), titled "Extermination Request," will mark the start of the "Revolt of the Divine Technique Arc" and is scheduled to air on Friday, February 27, at 23:00.
