A new story visual has been released for the anime "You Can't Be In a Rom-Com with Your Childhood Friends!".

"You Can't Be In a Rom-Com with Your Childhood Friends!" is a "cutting-edge childhood friend rom-com" currently serialized on Magazine Pocket. Written by Shinya Misu, the story depicts the sweet, frustrating, and awkward romance between childhood friends.The anime adaptation is directed by Satoshi Kuwabara, with series composition by Mitsutaka Hirota. The scripts are handled by Mitsutaka Hirota and Mayumi Morita, while Reina Iwasaki serves as the character designer and chief animation director.
