The program began with a special project to celebrate Kumagai's birthday, "Celebrate Birthday! Blue Relaxation Project Medley!" Kumagai is the conscience of GOALOUS5, always bringing the wild members back to their senses. This project aimed to heal Kumagai with "relaxation projects" that each member came up with to express their daily gratitude.

Kumagai, who hadn't been told anything about the project contents devised by the members, muttered, "I'm anxious" and "Please, seriously!" However, his anxiety would soon be proven right...

In the first project, "Total Affirmation of What Blue Says!" proposed by Shugo Nakamura, Kumagai became flustered as the members excessively affirmed his concerns. Next, for Kumagai who loves pro wrestling, Hisanari Fukamachi prepared "All-You-Can-Experience Pro Wrestling."
