Tachibana also looked back and revealed the behind-the-scenes of character development that shaped his unique portrayal of Jester, saying "Rather than natural acting this time, I was conscious of performing as if doing a one-person musical while suddenly starting to talk with the distance of a Japanese film, repeating on and off."
