The official X (formerly Twitter) account for the original "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" manga has sparked a massive reaction among fans by posting a message announcing the start of the 3rd Character Popularity Poll alongside an image summarizing past results.

According to the post, the voting period for the 3rd poll runs from March 8 to March 29, 2026. Characters who make it into the Top 10 are scheduled to receive their own official merchandise.

The attached image displays the Top 10 faces from the two previous popularity polls. In the 1st poll, Himmel (CV: Nobuhiko Okamoto) took 1st place, while Frieren (CV: Atsumi Tanezaki) secured 2nd. The results were quite unique, with the Mimic—a treasure chest monster—ranking 3rd. While Himmel maintained his lead in the 2nd poll, the results were notable for the surge of enemy and supporting characters, with Aura the Guillotine (CV: Ayana Taketatsu) clinching 2nd place and Übel (CV: Ikumi Hasegawa) taking 4th.

"Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" is a fantasy manga created by Kanehito Yamada (Story) and Tsukasa Abe (Art). It depicts the "aftermath" of a group of heroes who defeated the Demon King.
