In the latter half of the program, a segment called "Kapu Kapu Talk," where two people in the anime industry have candid conversations over a meal, was broadcast. Continuing from the previous episode (#77), the second half of the conversation between voice actors Shotaro Morikubo and Reiji Kawashima was introduced. While reflecting on his voice acting career, when Morikubo revealed a period of struggle, saying "There was a time in my 30s when I had no work," Kawashima exclaimed in surprise, "Really!?" He then consulted with Morikubo: "This is such a serious concern that I haven't told anyone, but when I think about how many people actually remain in the industry and what percentage continue working into their 40s, 50s, and 60s, it's really very few. I really think things like, 'If I do the math backwards, how many more years can I work as a voice actor?'" Morikubo offered words of wisdom to his junior colleague Kawashima: "In your 30s, ride the wave of confidence to the max. It might be your last chance," and "Don't try to conform. Just properly feel that what you're doing has influence on someone."
The studio erupted with a huge response after witnessing this conversation, with MC Yuki Iwai of Haraichi letting slip, "I wish I could have heard that conversation when I was 30 (lol). 10 years too late," while regular cast members exclaimed, "I want a boss like Morikubo-san!" Furthermore, when guest Kotori Ayase shared her impression, saying, "That hit so hard, I want someone to make a 'collection of wise quotes,'" Sora Tokui and Shugo Nakamura also chimed in, saying, "Like 'Morikubo-san's daily calendar,' right?" and "You can hear it in his voice (lol)," creating an enthusiastic atmosphere.
