The anime "You Can't Be In a Rom-Com with Your Childhood Friends!" is based on the manga of the same name by Shinya Misu. It's a love triangle romantic comedy centered around Eiyū, also known as Yonosuke Sakai, and his trio of childhood friends Shio Minamo and Akari Hiodoshi.

[Synopsis]
Even though it was an accident, Shio is flustered by Eiyū and Haru's kiss. She tries to forget about it by going jogging, but encounters Haru who is also running.
While running together, Shio asks Haru, "Do you like Eiyū?"
Her answer is evaded, and Shio runs competitively against Haru. Still feeling unsettled and exhausted, Shio returns home and impulsively kisses Eiyū when she encounters him in front of her house...!
