Kamiina Botan is a "Girls' Youth & Alcohol" story following 20-year-old college student Botan Kamiina. After moving into a student dormitory for university, her meeting with the dorm manager, Ibuki Tonami, leads her to deepen her bonds with fellow residents through the world of drinks.

The program reunited the six main cast members: Sayumi Suzushiro (Botan Kamiina), Yoshino Aoyama (Ibuki Tonami), Minako Kotobuki (Kanade Gujo), Yurina Amami (Akane Yusa), Miyu Tomita (Yaeka Kitamori), and Maki Kawase (Jing-Lan Chang). During the one-hour broadcast, they unveiled a wave of new information, including the latest PV, the opening theme, and character-specific key visuals. The stream also featured deep-dive talks into the character relationship chart and cooperative challenge games.

The program kicked off with a look back at the previously released concept movies and trailers. Reflecting on the early days of recording, Amami noted, "Back then, our characters’ relationships weren't this deep yet, and we hadn't talked this much." Suzushiro also looked back fondly, adding, "It was such a lavish PV—getting to see the character design sheets that early felt like a real treat."

Then came the long-awaited reveal of the 1st official PV. As the footage showcased the daily lives of Botan and her friends, set to the newly unveiled opening theme "Mebuku Toki" by the rock band yonige, the cast erupted in excitement with shouts of "Whoa!" and "No way!" Some even remarked that the production quality felt "like a major movie trailer!" At the very end, the first voice clip of Kanade Gujo was heard, prompting Kotobuki to express her surprise and joy: "I was told Gujo-senpai had a line, but I didn't expect it to be that final 'Good girl'!" Suzushiro, equally hyped, added, "Isn't that just insane!?" before jokingly commenting, "This anime looks so good! I've gotta watch this!" which drew a laugh from the group.

The conversation then turned to the opening theme. The cast was buzzing with praise, calling it a "perfect fit" and noting its "sense of speed and refreshing rock vibe," with everyone eager to hear the full version. The program also highlighted the show's commitment to realism, revealing that various real-life breweries collaborated on the project and that the staff conducted extensive location scouting in Chichibu to faithfully recreate the cityscape.

Finally, the main key visual and six individual character visuals were unveiled. Seeing the delicate touch of character designer Kou Yoshinari, the cast was once again ecstatic, exclaiming, "It looks like a fine painting!" "I want to take this home!" and "This belongs in a museum!" Suzushiro, visibly moved, shared her emotional reaction: "I’m so overwhelmed by the art, I’m getting teary-eyed. I’m honestly speechless."
