Miyako Reunites with Ichigo! From Flashback to Tearful Confession While Straddling Him—"So Emotional" "Made Me Cry" Anime "Oshi No Ko" Episode 35

In Episode 35 of the anime "Oshi No Ko," which aired on March 25 (currently broadcasting sequentially), Miyako Saito (CV: Lynn) reunites with her long-missing husband, Ichigo Saito (CV: Hisao Egawa). The episode depicted Miyako's past when she was saved by Ichigo, and online viewers were moved to tears with comments like "The flashback was so moving" and "I'm glad Miyako met Ichigo."

Since the incident when Ai (CV: Rie Takahashi) passed away, Ichigo, the former president of Strawberry Production, had been missing. In Episode 35, "That's the Beginning," which serves as the Season 3 finale, the story unfolds with Miyako at a bar when Ichigo happens to visit the establishment. Although Ichigo frantically tries to flee, Miyako throws her shoe at him, and when he falls, she straddles him. Angrily shouting, "You abandoned your promise to me! What the hell have you been doing all this time, you idiot!" she then recalls the past.

In the past, Miyako had moved to Tokyo and skillfully built connections to enter the entertainment industry, but things didn't work out. As she grew older, opportunities to be invited to parties by executives decreased. While more people began making dangerous advances, asking her to become a mistress, it was Ichigo who approached her saying, "Want to work for us?"

From there, Miyako began working at the talent agency and gradually found fulfillment in being involved in entertainment behind the scenes. As Miyako watched idol performances from backstage with sparkling eyes, Ichigo told her, "Miyako, will you continue to support me?" and "If you say you'll support me, I'll show you the most dazzling scenery in this world." Time passed, and when Ichigo came to the dome with the old B-Komachi, he passionately told Miyako, "Someday we'll paint this dome with glow sticks. It's everyone's dream."

The scene then returns to the present, where Miyako cries uncontrollably, pleading, "You said you'd show me! You gave up on your own! You ran away on your own! I... I still haven't given up. You said it was everyone's dream... and yet..."
