[Photos/Images] SPY×FAMILY Celebrates 7th Anniversary! Original Creator Releases Illustration of Anya Holding Nanana, Fans Celebrate with "We'll Continue to Cheer You On" 1st

An illustration commemorating the 7th anniversary of the serialization of SPY×FAMILY has been released on manga artist Tatsuya Endo's official X account, becoming a hot topic among fans.

The posted image depicts Anya Forger (CV: Atsumi Tanesaki) holding "Nanana" high with a surprised expression. From the Nanana in Anya's hands, a dazzling light like a rainbow of "seven colors" is emitted, a reference to the 7th anniversary. Additionally, on the left side of the illustration, a message in handwritten-style text reads "kyou de nanashuunen ppoi" (It's like the seventh anniversary today). The unique piece celebrates the anniversary by incorporating "7" throughout, including the use of Nanana, the mascot character of TV Tokyo, the broadcasting station for the TV anime SPY×FAMILY, which is based on the station's remote control key ID "7," as well as the expression of seven-colored light.

SPY×FAMILY is a spy comedy manga currently being serialized by Endo in the manga magazine app Shonen Jump+. It depicts the daily life of master spy Loid Forger (CV: Takuya Eguchi), Anya, a psychic who can read minds, and assassin Yor Forger (CV: Saori Hayami), who live as a makeshift family while hiding their true identities from one another. The comic boasts record-breaking sales and has been adapted into a TV anime, theatrical anime film, and even a musical, making it a mega-hit work supported by a wide range of audiences.

In response to this post, many fans have gathered, leaving comments of celebration and expressing expectations for future developments, such as "I'll always support you," "We'll continue to cheer you on" (mimicking Anya's speech pattern), "Congratulations on what seems like the 7th anniversary," and "I'd love to see a Nanana collaboration."
