Discovering the "Absolute Secret" Hidden in Magic... Anime "Witch Hat Atelier" Episode 1 Synopsis & Advance Cuts Released

The advance cuts and synopsis for Episode 1 of the anime "Witch Hat Atelier" have been released.

This work is a TV anime adaptation based on the fantasy manga serialized in Kodansha's "Morning Two" by Kamome Shirahama. Set in a world where "only witches can cast magic," the story depicts Coco, a young girl who yearns for magic, as she meets Qifrey, a young witch, and learns the "absolute secret" hidden in magic, leading her to step into the world of witches.

The first broadcast will begin on Monday, April 6th at 11:00 PM on TOKYO MX and other stations, with simultaneous worldwide streaming. Additionally, Episodes 1 & 2 will be simultaneously streamed on Netflix and ABEMA.

[Synopsis]
In a world where magic is deeply rooted in people's lives, Coco is a girl from a small village who continues to yearn for magic despite knowing that "only witches can use magic." Although she has been told "you must not witness the moment magic is cast," when Coco witnesses Qifrey, a young witch who visits her village one day, casting magic, she discovers the "absolute secret" hidden in magic.
