The story depicts the adventures of science prodigy Senkū in a world where civilization has been destroyed by the petrification of all humanity.

[Synopsis]
After achieving revival from petrification, Senkū and his team recruit Dr. Xeno as an ally and restart their "lunar landing project"! They establish a super-alloy city with rare metals gathered alongside new companions and resume building their spacecraft. Furthermore, using the crafted rocket engine, they power up the battered Perseus! Senkū's group splits into three teams, each pushing forward toward new horizons! In the midst of this, a shocking message suddenly arrives from Whyman...!
