It follows the irreplaceable daily lives of characters such as Wakana Tabata (CV: Niina Nakabayashi), a newcomer who enrolled out of admiration for musical stars, and Kinue Takehara (CV: Yō Taichi), the dormitory head who continues her studies while carrying the feelings of her best friend, as their paths cross and loosely connect through shifting perspectives. Animation production is handled by Madhouse, and the broadcast will begin on Fuji TV and other stations starting April 9, 2026 (Thursday) at 25:45.
Episode 1: "Wakana Tabata and Prince Takehara" / "Kinue Takehara and Ryoko Ueda"
[Synopsis]
What awaited Wakana, who dove into Awashima with nothing but admiration, was a challenging life of communal living. "Why did I ever come here?" As she was on the verge of giving up, her senior and roommate, Kinue, speaks to her. She tells her about a friend with whom she once shared a dream.
