Baby Rysui’s Unchanging "I Want It!" Leaves Viewers in Stitches: "Snapping His Fingers Since Infancy lol" — Anime Dr. STONE Season 4, Episode 27

In Episode 27 of the anime Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE, which aired on April 16, a flashback featured Rysui Nanami (CV: Ryōta Suzuki / Young: Natsumi Fujiwara) as a baby. Despite being a mere infant, he delivered his signature line, "I want it!", accompanied by his trademark finger snap, sparking laughter among viewers who commented, "Baby Rysui lol" and "What kind of baby is that?"

In the 27th episode of the Dr. STONE series, titled "The Universe is Written in the Language of Mathematics," Senkū Ishigami (CV: Ysuke Kobayashi) and his friends revived SAI (CV: Seiichiro Yamashita / Young: Miyuri Shimabukuro), a genius mathematician Rysui trusts, in order to acquire the "mathematical power" essential for rocket development. It was then revealed that SAI is actually Rysui’s older brother.

The episode proceeded to show a flashback of SAI and Rysui’s childhood. In one scene, a young SAI misread a plus sign as a multiplication sign while adding two 10-digit numbers, and provided the calculated product: "29,599,820,374,402,244,953."

Realizing his mistake, SAI apologized, saying, "Oh, I’m so sorry!" However, after witnessing his overwhelming calculation ability, his tutor panicked in excitement, shouting, "Sir! Master SAI is incredible! Simply marvelous!" Watching this, baby Rysui snapped his fingers, spat out his pacifier, and declared, "I want it!"

Viewers were delighted by Rysui’s behavior, which has clearly remained unchanged since he was in diapers, leading to a surge of comments online like "What kind of baby is that?", "Baby Rysui lol," and "Snapping his fingers since he was a baby lol."
