Can Kiiroitori fly!? Fans react to the scene of him heading to the sea, sweating as Rilakkuma clings on: Anime "Rilakkuma" Episode 3

The third episode of the anime "Rilakkuma" has aired, and the appearance of a giant Kiiroitori is becoming a hot topic.

The narrator for this series is singer-songwriter Lilas Ikuta, who also performs as the vocalist of the music unit "YOASOBI." Rilakkuma, who took a boat and discovered an island in Episode 2, starts Episode 3 by drifting ashore and sleeping on the beach.

A seal is peeking at Rilakkuma's face, and Rilakkuma's broken boat is washed up on the shore. Looking around as Ikuta's narration asks, "Where is this?", Rilakkuma discovers a mountain with something like a yellow egg on top.

Rilakkuma climbs the mountain while fantasizing about making pudding and pancakes with that egg. However, that yellow object was not an egg. Just as it starts to wiggle, bird legs appear, revealing its true identity as a giant "Kiiroitori."

Almost stepped on by the giant legs, Rilakkuma is flustered. In the next moment, Kiiroitori takes off into the sky, and Rilakkuma desperately clings to its legs. Perhaps due to Rilakkuma's weight, Kiiroitori flies toward the sea, sweating and swaying, but doing its best.
