Yuru, who lived as a hunter in a remote mountain village, ends up living in the unfamiliar lower world as a result of the attack by Asa and the others. We asked about the difficulties during the recording sessions after playing out the developments where Yuru's common sense is overturned—such as the existence of "Daemons" and the fact that the person he believed to be Asa was someone else entirely.

Ono replied, "He's being jerked around without being able to understand the situation, and in episodes 1 and 2, he's in a state that's almost like pure panic. The halfway point of having to act without being fully convinced of things caused frustration to build up... To put it simply, it was exhausting (lol)." Despite this, he noted that the recording itself proceeded very smoothly.

Fans will surely want to keep a close eye on future broadcasts to see how Ono portrays Yuru as he adapts to the various things he sees and hears in the lower world, as well as the action scenes. Also, in the interview, we asked a question inspired by the "pairs" aspect of the Daemons: "As someone involved in various activities as a voice actor, what is something inseparable from you?"

After some thought, Ono answered, "For me, I'd say it's my private life. I'm the type who has a clear 'on' and 'off' switch, and the moment work ends, I don't want to talk about work anymore."

Ono has been active in the entertainment industry since he was a child actor. When we dug deeper into whether he had been that way since he started working, he stated, "It wasn't like that at first, but when you've been doing it since you were little, you start to feel like you haven't really done much of anything else. For instance, I didn't get to experience the games or anime that everyone else in my age group was obsessed with."

He continued, "When I became an adult, I suddenly thought about whether there might have been other options. I do what I do because I love acting, so that's still my top priority, but I also want to cherish the things I haven't done or the things I'm interested in. You could even say I'm going 'all in' on my private life in that regard."

At the end of the interview, he sent a message to the fans of this highly anticipated work: "I'm sure there are many people who are excited and looking forward to this, and we are doing our very best to perform in a way that meets those expectations. I feel a great sense of accomplishment at every recording session, so I really hope you enjoy it on screen."

As the story progresses, Yuru will learn many things, but what kind of developments lie in wait? We hope you don't miss the upcoming episodes.
