The series is a romantic comedy featuring Hiyori Hiwamura (voiced by Marika Kōno), also known as "Yowayowa Sensei" (the Weak Teacher). Despite being feared by her students as "Kowakowa Sensei" (the Scary Teacher), all of her personal stats are actually at rock bottom.
