Gojo, who dominated the scene from the moment he arrived, had viewers ecstatic, with comments like, "He totally stole my heart," "The moment Gojo-sensei arrives, you just know it's a guaranteed win," and "He's just too cool!" The high-impact Hollow Purple also left people in awe, with reactions such as, "Isn't that power off the charts?!", "I'm shaking from the god-tier animation," and "The Hollow Purple effects are insane!!!! The anime Jujutsu Kaisen, currently streaming, is based on the manga of the same name by Gege Akutami, which has surpassed 150 million copies in total circulation. The story begins when Yūji Itadori (CV: Junya Enoki), who ends up sharing his body with the King of Curses, Ryomen Sukuna (CV: Junichi Suwabe), transfers to the Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School, a specialized institution for fighting curses.
The original manga concluded in 2024, and the spin-off Jujutsu Kaisen ≡ (Modulo), created by Akutami and illustrated by Yuji Iwasaki, was also well-received. The first half of the third season, the Culling Game Arc, aired from January to March 2026, and fans are now eagerly awaiting the broadcast of the second half.
