The synopsis and pre-cut images for Episode 6 of the anime "Akane-banashi" have been released.

This series is based on the popular manga currently serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (written by Yuki Suenaga and illustrated by Takamasa Moue). It tells the story of an authentic rakugo journey where the protagonist, Akane Ōsaki (voiced by Anna Nagase), captivated by the storytelling of her father Shinta (voiced by Jun Fukuyama), strives to reach the highest rank of "Shin'uchi" in the rakugo world. The broadcast began on April 4 (Sat) at 23:30 JST on the TV Asahi network's "IMAnimation" block, and advanced streaming is currently available on ABEMA and Netflix from 0:00 every Sunday.
