Hell Mode 2nd Season to Begin Broadcasting in July! New Cast Members Including Reiji Kawashima and Kiyono Yasuno Announced

The broadcast station information for the second season of the anime "Hell Mode - The Hardcore Gamer Dominates in Another World with Garbage Balancing" has been revealed. This series will begin broadcasting in July on TOKYO MX, MBS, and BS NTV. Additionally, information regarding new characters and cast members debuting in the 2nd Season has been released.

This work is an isekai fantasy series based on the light novel written by Hamuo with illustrations by Mo. The story begins when Kenichi Yamada, a 35-year-old salaryman who loves games, starts playing a game on the highest difficulty level, "Hell Mode," and finds himself reincarnated as Allen, a young serf boy in a parallel world.

Information about the new characters and cast members appearing from the 2nd Season has been unveiled. Reiji Kawashima will play Keel, a blonde boy with a strong obsession with money; Kiyono Yasuno will voice Sophialohne, a high elf who has lived for over 1,000 years and is the princess of the elven kingdom of Rosenheim; Hikaru Midorikawa will portray Volmaar, Sophialohne's guard; and Miyu Tomita has been cast as Meruru, a dwarf who possesses an extremely rare talent called "Magic Rock General" (Maiganshou), found in only one in ten million people.

In conjunction with this announcement, comments have been received from Kawashima, Yasuno, Midorikawa, and Tomita.

At the same time, the introduction for the 2nd Season has been posted on the official TV anime website. Furthermore, the 2nd Season version of the character visuals and descriptions have been released for returning characters from the 1st Season: Allen, Krena, Dogora, Cecil, Butler, Rodan, Theresia, Matthew, and Allen's younger sister, Myura.
