"Oh My God, It's Way Too Cute!" Massive Carousel Unveiled! Large-Scale "Chiikawa" Special Exhibition Confirmed for Hong Kong, Sparking Urgent Demands for a Japan Run

The official X account for Chiikawa merchandise has announced that a large-scale special exhibition titled "CHIIKAWA ARTIVERSE" is officially set to open in Hong Kong, generating massive buzz among fans.

According to the announcement, the event will take place in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, running from August 1 to September 6. In addition to the world's first massive Chiikawa carousel making its debut along the waterfront of Victoria Harbour, the venue will feature a stellar lineup of exhibits. This includes a showcase of over 130 rare original key art reproductions and the "Installation Universe"—an attraction blending light and music to transform the space into a grand, cosmic-themed environment.

The published post includes a promotional video featuring Chiikawa (voiced by Haruka Aoki) and friends against a pastel-colored backdrop, alongside a photo of the massive carousel installed by the harbor. The upper section of the carousel is adorned with Shisa (voiced by Miyuri Shimabukuro) and other characters. Fans can also spot adorable figures of Hachiware (voiced by Makoto Tanaka) and Usagi (voiced by Ari Ozawa) sitting snugly on the backs of the carousel horses.

"Chiikawa" is a manga series created by illustrator Nagano that originally started on X.
