Key Visual of Shinichi and Migi Revealed for "Parasyte Exhibition"! Art Book and Advance Merchandise for Anime Historie Also Debut

The key visual and the third wave of merchandise information have been released for the "Parasyte Exhibition" to be held in June. Additionally, it has been announced that merchandise for the anime Historie will also be available for purchase.

Parasyte is a manga series by Hitoshi Iwaaki. It began serialization in Kodansha's Afternoon magazine in 1990 and concluded in 1995. With over 25 million copies in circulation worldwide, it is a legendary masterpiece that has been adapted into a TV anime, live-action films, and a live-action drama series.

Parasitic organisms suddenly arrive from space. They invade human bodies, take over their brains, and begin devouring other humans. A parasite attempts to invade the body of high school student Shinichi Izumi but ends up taking over only his right hand. The parasite, calling itself "Migi," enters into a strange coexistence with Shinichi. Becoming such irregular existences, Shinichi and Migi throw themselves into a fierce battle against the other parasites.

Even more than 30 years after its conclusion, the manga Parasyte continues to captivate readers both in Japan and abroad. The largest-ever exhibition of original drawings in the franchise's history, gathering over 400 pieces of "raw original artwork," will be held in Yokohama.

A multitude of precious original drawings intricately detailed by the author, Hitoshi Iwaaki. Visitors can enjoy a new Parasyte experience that can only be felt through the raw manuscripts.
