The Final Trailer with Many New Cuts & Final Key Visual Released for "Sound! Euphonium, The Final Movie Part 2"

The final trailer and final key visual have been released for "Sound! Euphonium, The Final Movie Part 2," which will hit theaters nationwide on September 11. Information regarding the second wave of Muvitiche (advance tickets) and the original soundtrack featuring the theme song was also announced.

"Sound! Euphonium" is an anime series produced by Kyoto Animation that depicts the youth of high school students dedicating themselves to brass band music. The story, which has been spun over approximately 11 years, reaches its conclusion with this film.

The released final trailer centers around the protagonist, Kumiko Ōmae, and her rival, Mayu Kuroe. The content conveys the inner conflict leading up to their "final performance" and the determination of the Kitauji High School Concert Band as they unite to aim for the gold prize at the national competition. It features numerous new cuts, including scenes from the school festival and characters holding their graduation certificates up to the sky. Additionally, the final key visual depicts the main characters stepping forward in the same direction, accompanied by the tagline, "And so, the final piece begins—"

The newly detailed second wave of Muvitiche tickets features the "Kitauji Glasses Collection," using newly drawn illustrations of 10 main characters wearing glasses. They are sold in sets of two, allowing buyers to choose and purchase any combination they like. In addition, as a bonus, each purchase of a pair comes with a "Tuba-kun Muvitiche Sleeve 2," and the online-exclusive 10-ticket complete set comes with a "Bellows Muvitiche Album 2."

Furthermore, it has been decided that the original soundtrack will be released on September 11, the same day as the theatrical release. In addition to the background music newly composed by Akito Matsuda, who is in charge of the music, and the brass band pieces from the main feature, the soundtrack will include the film's theme song, "ReCoda (The Final Movie Ver.)," which was used in the final trailer. The theme song is a new recording featuring re-recorded vocals by TRUE, with a new arrangement created by Mr. Matsuda specifically for Part 2. The product will be available in two editions: the Limited First Press Edition and the Standard Edition. The Limited First Press Edition features a canvas board-style EP-size jacket, designed so that fans can display and enjoy the newly drawn illustration by Kyoto Animation.
