Anime "Thunder 3" Begins Broadcasting on July 8, Global Exclusive Streaming on Netflix Confirmed! Latest PV Featuring ED Theme Released

The TV anime adaptation of the manga "Thunder 3," which has been serialized in Kodansha's "Monthly Shonen Magazine" since 2022 and is currently publishing its final chapter, will begin broadcasting on Fuji TV's "+Ultra" and other networks starting July 8. In tandem with this, global exclusive streaming on Netflix has also been confirmed.

Ahead of the broadcast, the latest second PV featuring the ending theme has been unveiled. The PV depicts the daily life of the protagonist, Pyontarō, who gets chased around by his young younger sister, Futaba. Although he acts dismissive in front of his friends, saying she is "annoying!" (lol), the footage shows his brotherly side as he frantically searches for Futaba when she goes missing.

The ending theme has been decided as "Shururerira" performed by otoha. Regarding the song, otoha commented, "I aimed to create a warm and slightly nostalgic song that everyone, from children to adults, can hum along to."

Furthermore, it was announced that a campaign will be held to invite general audiences for free to a special screening for industry professionals, which will take place in Tokyo on June 28. Applications are being accepted via a dedicated form until June 23.
