[Photos/Images] "I Keep Watching That Scene Over and Over" – Nagano's Post of the Singing and Dancing Elephant Illustration from Episode 350 of Anime "Chiikawa" Becomes a Hot Topic 1st

Illustrator Nagano updated their official X account. A newly drawn illustration of the elephant (CV: Masashi Yamane) that appeared in episode 350, "Nightmare 2," of the anime "Chiikawa" was posted, creating a huge buzz among fans.

The illustration posted by Nagano dynamically depicts the scene broadcasted in the episode where the elephant sings while stepping. Nagano's own avatar character is also drawn in the illustration, accompanied by texts that read: "This elephant's singing voice and dance...", "YOSUGIRU!!" (Too good!!), and "NANKAIMITEMO IINE KOKO." (This part is great no matter how many times I watch it).

In response to Nagano's post, fans flooded it with empathetic and joyful comments, such as: "Nagano-sensei is crying tears of joy," "The elephant's singing voice and dance won't leave my head...", "I totally get it!", "I keep watching that scene over and over," and "I understand. I understand you so well, Nagano-san!"

"Chiikawa" is a popular manga that illustrator Nagano has been posting on X (formerly Twitter) since 2020. The gap between the small, cute characters and the harsh worldview has gained widespread popularity among both adults and children, with the number of followers surpassing 4.71 million to date.

The anime "Chiikawa" is currently broadcasting on the Fuji TV network within "Mezamashi TV" every Tuesday and Thursday around 7:36 AM. Furthermore, "Chiikawa The Movie: The Secret of the Mermaid Island," which marks the first theatrical film for "Chiikawa," is scheduled to be released on July 24.
