"Tensura" Pop-Up Store to Open at Sanseido Bookstore Ikebukuro Main Store from June 12! Touring Bookstores Nationwide Sequentially

A limited-time pop-up store for the TV anime "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime," which is currently airing its fourth season, is set to open at the Sanseido Bookstore Ikebukuro Main Store starting June 12. Beginning with the Ikebukuro event, this touring store is scheduled to visit multiple bookstores sequentially.

The original work is based on the novel of the same name released online by Fuse, which was published as a light novel series by GC Novels (published by Micro Magazine / illustrated by Mitz Vah), and has been adapted into a manga (currently serialized in Kodansha's "Monthly Shonen Sirius" / manga by Taiki Kawakami).

The series has surpassed a total of 56 million copies in circulation. It has spawned numerous media mixes, including a TV anime, OADs, a theatrical movie, and spin-off manga. In November 2022, the series' first theatrical film, "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Scarlet Bond," was released. It became a massive hit, surpassing 1 million admissions domestically and recording a box office revenue of 1.4 billion yen.

At this event, visitors can get their hands on and purchase new merchandise that expresses the worldview of the Jura Tempest Federation and its diverse cast of characters that liven up the story.

In addition, for every 2,000 yen (including tax) spent on products at the venue during the period, customers will receive one "Clear Bookmark (5 types in total)" at random as a limited novelty gift. Along with the anime currently broadcasting, this event offers a special shopping experience at bookstores.
