Stage Play "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" Part 6 Opens! Cast Comments Arrive from Shogo Sakamoto, Yoshihide Sasaki, Kenji Urai, and More

On Saturday, June 13, Stage Play "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" Part 6: Hashira Training / Infinity Castle Approach opened at MoN Takanawa: The Museum of Narratives Box1000. Ahead of the performances, photos from the dress rehearsal and comments from the speakers at the opening day press conference have arrived.

This work is a stage adaptation of the manga "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" by Koyoharu Gotoge. Following the first installment of the series in 2020, the second was performed in 2021, the third in 2022, the fourth in 2023, and the fifth in 2025. Now, in June 2026, the sixth installment, "Stage Play 'Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba' Part 6: Hashira Training / Infinity Castle Approach," has opened in Tokyo.

Opening Day Press Conference Comments

◆ Role of Tanjiro Kamado: Shogo Sakamoto (Double Cast)

I am truly happy that we can welcome the opening day safely without anyone missing. The real battle begins from here, so I will do my best to deliver everything we built up during rehearsals to as many audience members as possible.

Since there were many things I challenged myself with for the first time, I was able to welcome today with the support of everyone around me. The actual performances start now, so I hope to perform with a feeling of giving back for everything.
