The new summer anime 'Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs' Season 2 has been confirmed to stream on ABEMA ahead of its TV broadcast, as an online-first premiere, starting July 8 (Wednesday) at 24:30.

The series is the second TV anime season based on the isekai fantasy light novel by Mishima Yomu. It follows protagonist Leon, who was reincarnated as a mob character in the world of an otome game, as he uses knowledge from his past life as a gamer to survive in an unreasonable, women-dominant world, in a satisfying story of rising through the ranks. Following the first season, which aired in 2022, this new season follows Leon, who has since risen to the rank of viscount, as he becomes entangled in a new conspiracy.

Ahead of the TV broadcast, ABEMA will air the latest episode for free every Wednesday at 24:30 starting July 8 on its Anime LIVE Channel. ABEMA Premium subscribers will be able to watch all episodes on demand from the same time, and starting the day after broadcast, every Thursday at 24:30, the latest episode will also be made available for free for one week.
