TV Anime "Daemons of the Shadow Realm" Begins Second Cour! Uncredited Theme Song Videos by Masanori Otoda & Kei Sugawara Released

The second cour of the TV anime "Daemons of the Shadow Realm" began airing on Saturday, July 4, and uncredited videos featuring the opening and ending theme songs have been released.

The series is a TV anime adaptation of the fantasy manga of the same name by Hiromu Arakawa, serialized in the monthly magazine "Shonen Gangan." The animation is produced by Bones Film, with Masahiro Ando directing and Noboru Takagi handling series composition.

The released opening video is set to the song "back shot" by Masanori Otoda, opening with a shot of Yuru's back as he gazes up at the full moon before members of the Kagemori family appear one after another. The latter half also features an action scene between Sayu and Ivan. Meanwhile, the ending video for Kei Sugawara's theme song "Kujaku" depicts Asa with an oil-painting-like texture, in visuals that intertwine with the world of the song.
