Delicious in Dungeon Season 2 Anime to Air from October 2027 — New Visual Depicts Chimera-Transformed Falin and Laios''s Party

The TV anime Delicious in Dungeon Season 2 has been confirmed to air from October 2027. Alongside the announcement, an ultra teaser visual has been unveiled.

Delicious in Dungeon is based on the hit manga by Ryoko Kui, which has surpassed 14 million copies in cumulative series circulation (including digital editions). The first season aired in 2024, and production of a second season had already been announced.

The news was revealed during the TRIGGER panel at Anime Expo, one of North America's largest anime events, held in Los Angeles on July 4 local time (July 5 Japan time). Delicious in Dungeon Season 2 will air on TV from October 2027 and will also stream progressively on Netflix and various other platforms.

The newly released ultra teaser visual depicts Falin, transformed into a chimera, and Thistle, the Mad Mage who controls her, along with the party pursuing the two toward the deepest reaches of the dungeon: Laios, Marcille, Chilchuck, Senshi and Izutsumi. As the journey to save Falin finally nears its heart, it is a visual that heightens anticipation for what lies ahead.

In addition, the web radio program “Delicious in Dungeon: Dungeon Exploration Radio” returned for a broadcast on the YouTube channel “KADOKAWA Anime Channel” from 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 5. Hosts Kentaro Kumagai, the voice of Laios, and Sayaka Senbongi, the voice of Marcille, appeared to recap the announcement and share further new information. An archived version is currently available.
