The official X account of baseyard tokyo has sparked widespread buzz by announcing that its currently running "Anime 'Jujutsu Kaisen' 5th Anniversary SPECIAL POPUP" will feature new merchandise utilizing magazine copyright visuals previously featured on magazine covers and pages. The announcement revealed that goods using rare illustrations that have graced the covers and pages of various magazines will be put on sale, alongside the decision to distribute a second series of novelty items, drawing immense attention from fans.

In the revealed images, visuals of the characters showcasing their appearances in magazines are lined up. The lineup includes Yūji Itadori looking up with a provocative expression, Yūta Okkotsu walking alongside Panda, Satoru Gojō and Suguru Getō from their Jujutsu High days, Kento Nanami looking stylish in a suit, Choso standing next to Itadori with his eyes closed, and Ryōmen Sukuna displaying his well-toned abs with his upper body bare. The poster-like designs feature the series' English logo presented in a stylish manner, highlighting the unique personality, striking composition, and fashionable outfits of each character.

The anime Jujutsu Kaisen is a series of works based on the manga by Gege Akutami. The original story is a blockbuster title depicting the battles between Jujutsu Sorcerers and Cursed Spirits—manifestations of negative human emotions—who stand up to exorcise them. The original manga, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump, has reached its conclusion, and the franchise has expanded into various media formats, including TV anime series and theatrical movies, continuing to enjoy immense support both in Japan and overseas to this day.
