Tasuku Hatanaka Takes the Electric Shock Chair Punishment in Place of Kensho Ono's Bad Back

Next up was a segment aimed at making a viral "reaction short video" for a global audience. This time, the challenge involved sitting in an electric shock chair and playing a card-based "Over or Under 7" guessing game — get it wrong, and the chair delivers a jolt. With Ono sidelined by his bad back, Hatanaka resigned himself to taking the hot seat, grumbling, "Wait, this is gonna be me, isn't it?" "Of course it's gonna be me! Come on!"

Hatanaka missed his first guess, got zapped, and let out a scream of "Owwwwww!!" as he leapt off the chair. Still, Ono, grinning, egged him on with "Try Again!!" and "Let's Go!!" Protesting "No!! No!!" the whole way, Hatanaka sat back down and nailed his second guess — only for Ono's "Try Again!!" to push him into a third round.

Hatanaka answered with a confident, determined look on his face, but the result was mercilessly wrong, and he got zapped again. His over-the-top reaction — shouting "Japanese Exciting!!" — sent the studio into fits of laughter. Applauding him, Ono praised Hatanaka's willingness to put his body on the line, saying, "Tasuku, thank you so much," and "I'm really sorry," capping off the day's biggest laugh.
