Sitara Receives an Unexpected Order... Episode 4 Synopsis and Scene Cuts Released for Anime "Jaadugar: A Witch in Mongolia"

Anime "Jaadugar: A Witch in Mongolia" has released the synopsis and scene cuts for Episode 4.

The series is based on the popular manga by Tomato Soup, currently serialized in "Souffle" (Akita Shoten). The protagonist Sitara (CV. Akira Sekine) lost her mother and was taken far from her homeland, but after being taken in by a family of scholars, she came to know the possibilities and importance of "knowledge" and deepened her learning. However, after the "Mongol Empire" takes everything from her, Sitara resolves to use the one thing she has left—her "wisdom"—to ingratiate herself with the royal family and bring down the empire from within.

The series is currently airing every Saturday at 23:30 in the "IMAnimation" programming block, broadcast across 24 affiliated stations of the TV Asahi network nationwide.

Episode 4, "Master of the Hearth (Otchigin)" [Synopsis]: Having become the tutor of the "Elements" under Tolui's principal wife Sorghaghtani, Sitara harbors intense hatred while outwardly playing the role of an obedient attendant, biding her time. Several years pass, and just as she has fully earned Sorghaghtani's trust, Emperor Genghis Khan passes away. Amid a major shift in the political order, Sitara receives an unexpected order.
