It has been announced that Studio Cabana, currently serialized in the web manga magazine "Sylph," will be adapted into a TV anime in 2027, accompanied by the release of a teaser visual. In addition, an audition and fan-voting project to select the singing artist for the character Yusuke Kusaka in the series has also been announced.

This work is a youth love story themed around music, created by original author Agri Uma. It depicts the relationship between Yusuke Kusaka, a delinquent boy kept at a distance by those around him, and Yukari Maki, a high school girl who approaches him without hesitation. The revealed teaser visual depicts the two meeting on the school rooftop, which serves as the opening scene of the story.

The singing artist audition for Yusuke Kusaka will feature a format that reflects general voting from viewers in addition to selection by industry professionals. As for the upcoming schedule, starting August 21, the release date of Volume 9 of the manga, a portion of the demo audio track will be released in advance on official series SNS accounts and other platforms. Furthermore, starting September 2026, singing videos by five candidates will be released sequentially, with general voting kicking off in late November of the same year.
