On the official X account of "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End," an image of a Frieren plushie with its upper body swallowed by a mimic was released, creating a stir among fans. Posted with the accompanying message "Habitual Frieren," this single shot recreates the frequently depicted scene from the story of getting caught in a mimic, attracting widespread attention.

The published photo shows a Frieren plushie stuck headfirst into a wide-open mimic in a location reminiscent of a stone dungeon. Captured with its lower body dangling outside while clamped between the mimic's sharp teeth, a large speech-bubble-shaped sign reading "It's dark!! It's scary!!" is set up right beside it. A scene resembling a 3D display unfolds, recreating the familiar trap-triggering situation from the work.

This location is a life-sized hands-on photo spot set up at "THE FARM," a farm resort in Katori City, Chiba Prefecture, hosting a collaboration event with "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End." Other features, including a statue of the Hero Himmel, a recreation of the famous scene where Himmel presents a ring, a village festival, and Merkur-style pudding, are being featured for a limited time from July 17 to October 16.

"Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" is a fantasy manga serialized in "Weekly Shonen Sunday," written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe. It depicts Frieren, an elf who has lived for over a thousand years and served as the mage in the hero's party that defeated the Demon King, embarking on a new journey after parting ways with her former companions. Achieving massive success, it has expanded across a wide range of media mixes, including a TV anime adaptation.
