The preview cuts and synopsis for Episode 42 of the anime "Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War - The Calamity" have been released.

"BLEACH" is based on the sword-fighting battle action comic by Tite Kubo. The final arc of the TV anime, "Thousand-Year Blood War," began broadcasting in 2022, and the final cour, "The Calamity," has been airing on the TV Tokyo network and other channels since July 25, 2026. As the demise of the Soul King brings the crisis of the collapse of the Three Realms near, the Gotei 13 plunge into fierce battles at Wahrwelt. Facing Yhwach (CV: Takayuki Sugō), who has surpassed "The Almighty," Ichigo (CV: Masakazu Morita) embarks on the final battle with the survival of the Three Realms at stake to protect the world.

With "Shunko Raijin Senkei: Shunryu Kokubyo Senki" broken and the two backed into a corner, Askin Nakk Le Vaar approaches in his Quincy: Vollständig, "Hasshein." Meanwhile, Ichigo and Orihime reach the top floor of Wahrwelt and face Yhwach at his throne. The powers of Yhwach and Haschwalth swap only during the night. The current Yhwach, without "The Almighty," still smiles fearlessly──.
