'Saijakuna Boku wa "Kabenuke Bug" de Nariagaru' TV Anime Adaptation Set for 2027! Teaser Visual & Main Cast Revealed

The TV anime Saijakuna Boku wa "Kabenuke Bug" de Nariagaru (I, The Weakest Player, Will Rise to the Top Using a "Wall-Clipping Glitch" – By Clipping Through Walls, I Earned the First-Time Clear Reward Infinite Times!) has been confirmed to air in 2027. Additionally, a teaser visual and the main cast have been revealed.

This work is an isekai fantasy centered on Henri, a young adventurer who earns money to care for his sickly younger sister, Colette. Possessing only the  skill, Henri is mocked as "useless" by his party and eventually fired from his sole remaining role as a luggage carrier. However, a certain incident leads him to discover that using his  skill allows him to phase through boss room walls. Furthermore, upon realizing he can infinitely farm rare items meant to be obtained only once, Henri leverages this "wall-phasing glitch" to rise up from the bottom rank of adventurers.

The newly released teaser visual depicts Henri, who pushes forward through pain for his beloved sister, alongside Colette, the emotional support of her brother, creating an image that deeply captures their sibling bond. However, the shadow extending from Colette as she gently embraces her brother takes on an ominous form, raising anticipation for a story filled with turbulent twists.

The main cast was also announced: Riko Aono will voice the protagonist Henri, and Momoka Terasawa will play Colette. Key staff members were revealed as well, with Haruki Kasugamori directing, Hiroshi Hosokawa handling series composition and script, and Hiroshi Miyamoto co-designing characters alongside Sumakidori. Animation production will be handled by Durandal and Tengu Kobo.
