"Is It Okay for the Official Account to Say That?" The Apothecary Diaries' Jinshi Sends Fans Wild Over Season 3 Character Intro: "Special Feelings!!" "Listed as Ka Zuigetsu!!"

The official X account for the anime The Apothecary Diaries has released a Season 3 character profile and visual for Jinshi (voiced by Takeo Otsuka), sparking a huge response among fans. The profile delves into Jinshi's true identity, long shrouded in mystery within the story, as well as his changing feelings toward the series' protagonist, Maomao (voiced by Aoi Yuki), and fans eagerly awaiting the broadcast have responded with a flood of joy and excitement.

The Apothecary Diaries is an anime adaptation of the light novel of the same name by Hyuganatsu. The series is a major hit that has also been serialized as manga in two monthly magazines. It has become a hot topic thanks to the popularity of the mystery-solving drama surrounding Maomao, who ends up working as a "poison taster" in the rear palace, as well as her comical exchanges with Jinshi. The TV anime has aired through Season 2, and Season 3 is set to air in two split cours, beginning in October 2026 and April 2027.
