“Can't Even Tell What Event This Is” and “Wild Every Year, Love It”: Tokyo Revengers Voice Cast Shows Off Surprising Halloween Cosplay

Behind-the-scenes photos of the cast, taken after streaming the Halloween Special 2026!!, have been posted on the official Tokyo Revengers anime X account and are generating plenty of buzz among fans. The voice actors went all out for a Princess Kaguya theme, and their cosplay drew a big reaction.

The Tokyo Revengers anime is based on the time-leap suspense manga by Ken Wakui. War of the Three Titans Arc, airing since October, depicts one final revenge in a world that has entered the Three Deities era, in which three factions vie for supremacy.

The image was posted with the message, "This year's Halloween cosplay was Princess Kaguya! What did you think?" It shows the cast, led by Yuki Shin, who voices Takemichi Hanagaki, lined up in distinctive costumes based on the folktale Princess Kaguya. Sho Karino, the voice of Chifuyu Matsuno, plays Princess Kaguya. The old man and old woman are Yu Hayashi, who voices Manjirō Sano, and Masaya Fukunishi, who voices Ken Ryūgūji. Nobuhiko Okamoto, the voice of Haruchiyo Sanzu, plays the Emperor, and Mariya Ise, who voices Senju Kawaragi, is the rabbit. Shin, covered in yellow from head to toe with even his face painted yellow, is dressed as the moon, making for a chaotic and surreal shot.

Fans responded to the post with a wave of comments, both praise and playful jabs, including "They all look great (lol). A terrifying Halloween," "Seriously the best wwww," "I want them to put on a play in these costumes www," "Wild every year, and I love it," "If it didn't say Tokyo Revengers, I honestly couldn't tell what kind of event this is (lol)," "The Rabbit Mariya has been so cute the whole time, my heart skipped a beat," and "Everyone's cute, but...
